Compliance Status

The Products are partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA due to the non-conformities or exemptions listed below.

Please be aware that our efforts to maintain accessibility and usability are ongoing. We continually aim to improve the user experience for everyone.

LivematchPro

  • LivematchPro is embedded as part of the Partners' website. Some LMP elements may conflict with surrounding website components, such as duplicate H1 tags.

  • Due to the framework used, some tabs and components in LivematchPro are not accessible to screen readers.

  • Certain modules and tabs are not operable using keyboard navigation alone.

  • LivematchPro allows Partners to configure product colours. Appropriate colour contrast depends on Partner’s configuration.

  • Product size and orientation are defined and controlled by the embedding Partner.

  • Font size flexibility is limited and primarily managed through the Partner’s embedding setup.

  • Alt text for images may be missing or not sufficiently descriptive, and is predominantly provided in English. In some cases, alt text is intentionally set to null to prevent duplication of information already conveyed in adjacent visible text, such as icons followed by identical labels (e.g., a red card icon followed by the text 'Red Card').

  • Some live or animated elements cannot be paused or stopped.

  • Certain information may be conveyed using icons only, without accompanying text.

  • Scrollable content areas are not fully operable with a keyboard.

LivematchPro v2

Please note: LivematchPro v2 is now deprecated and was released before the enforcement date of the European Accessibility Act (28 June 2025) and will not be further adjusted for accessibility compliance under this statement.

Alternative Access Requests

In the case of content that is not accessible, we will provide an alternative form upon request (e.g., plain text, audio, or simplified version).

In such cases, we will provide a new estimated date by which we will either correct the accessibility issue or deliver the requested information in an alternative way. This revised deadline will not exceed two months.

If we are unable to ensure the digital accessibility of the specific content or functionality identified in your request, we will offer access to it by alternative means, as appropriate. In cases where such alternative methods may be technically challenging or entail disproportionate cost (disproportionate burden), we will make every reasonable effort to identify a suitable and feasible alternative. Our goal is to ensure that no user is denied access due to digital barriers, even where full compliance is not possible.
