Problem
I have a concern with the page views and other clauses. How flexible is this as we would most likely exceed those parameters.
Solution
It first it should be clarify the number of page views / connections refers only to our widget, so LivematchPro and PrematchPro products.
We don’t check whole website traffic, but only see how many times our widget is requested (page views) and how many browsers are connected at the moment (concurrent connections).
In the case of special requirements there is possibility to exceed page views limits. We can always negotiate some additional costs suitable for special requirements.
The most important issue is point 2.11 with concurrent connections - here in case your users hit the limit of for example 3000 concurrent connections next user will be able to display the widget, but he will not receive updates.
As above we can always increase concurrent connections limit in case when your needs will be higher.
