Tipster – analytics

Tipster includes an analytics feature that allows you to gain valuable insight into user behavior. Currently, we collect page views and user clicks. You can find the reports in our back office.

Page Views

What are page views?

Page views represent the number of times a particular widget has been successfully loaded.

Accessing page views data?

To access page views data:

1. Navigate to the Reports section in the product dashboard.

2. Select the "My views" tab.

User Clicks

What are user clicks?

User clicks represent users' interactions with the suggested tips.

Accessing user clicks data?

To access user clicks data:

1. Navigate to the Reports section in the product dashboard.

2. Select the "Tipster analytics" tab.

In this section, you'll find insightful data, including:

• Total clicks: The overall count of user clicks per month.

• Clicks per sport: The count of user clicks per sports

• Clicks per event: List of all events with at least one click

  • Clicks per market: The count of user clicks per market in a selected event.
