SportsAPI - documentation

Welcome to the SportsAPI documentation. In this section, you'll find information that will be useful for evaluating SportsAPI and getting to know it when you're starting out.
This service gives you access to all kinds of sports statistics and data in JSON format. It provides the fastest and the most extensive real-time sports data service on the market. We provide in-depth technical documentation of our SportsAPI and sample code examples, so our feed can be easily integrated into your systems. All data is verified and supervised in real-time 7/24/365 by our highly trained professional team. Reliable and secure data transmission is the most important factor, so we use the latest technology across our entire infrastructure.

This documentation describes the functionality of SportsAPI. All implementation needs to be done in accordance with this document. We offer full support and technical assistance in the adaptation of the product to the exact needs of each customer.

Please note: When using SportsAPI, be aware of changes that may occur with later implementations. All changes are listed in our Release Notes!

Subscription

When buying a subscription, you will be asked to specify the data package you would like on your request. We provide four data packages listed below. You will receive credentials for logging to the special backoffice area (backoffice.statscore.com) and your username, client identificatior, and secret_token for authentication to the AMQP and API service.

BRONZE package - this package contains fixtures, results, standings, head-to-head comparisons, and extended competition stats limited to the bronze level (stats, standings, etc.)
The package contains access to the following resources:

participants.compareReturns information about comparisons of participants

sports.showReturns information for the selected sport including statuses, result types, details and stats that are available for the requested sport
stages.indexReturns a list of stages
stages.showReturns the selected stage
standings.indexReturns a list of standings
standings.showReturns standings specified by a unique identifier
standings-types.indexReturns a list of standing types
statuses.indexReturns a list of possible event status
tours.indexReturns tours related to the competition
venues.indexReturns a list of all available venues
venues.showReturns information including related sports, possible sports venues details and participants available for the requested venue


SILVER package - this package contains all of the above limited to the silver level (stats, standings, etc.)

GOLD package - this package contains all of the above and additional details about the event's lineups and seasonal squads limited to the gold level (stats, standings, etc.)

Available sports

Below you'll find a list of sports and data (Ranges) available in the SportsAPI product. Please note that not all data will be available for every competition. Each competition range comes with different ranges based on the availability of reliable sources.
