We have two general limitations for unbooking events for Scoutsfeed depending on the event's coverage type:
It is not possible for the customer to unbook the match 12 hours before it starts if coverage_type = from TV
It is not possible for the customer to unbook the match
...
48 hours before it starts if coverage_type = from venue
Besides that, the event may be automatically unbooked in two three situations:
The coverage type of the event will be changed by the data department
The latency value of the event will be changed by the data department
The start date of the event will be changed to another month
