Using Scoutsfeed is not possible without booking the match for which you want to receive the data feed. You can do this in three different ways, and a more detailed description can be found in the following sections:
...
Booking via API (described in Developer guide)
Events packages
The client is informed about the monthly limit from the administration panel view
...
In "Settings" you can enable/disable the "Allow booking above the plan" option. By choosing this option you secure the ordering of the events from the chosen leagues and competitions over the agreed plan, which will result in additional charges based on your Agreement. When you deactivate this option, the ordering of the events will not be continued once the monthly limit is reached.

The “Booking cancelation rules” funcionality is described in details HERE.
The “Settings” section also offers the option of consenting to receive e-mail messages when:
a last-minute venue game is added to the offer (up to 36 hours before the start of the game),
a game that you had already ordered has been withdrawn from the offer.
General unbooking conditions
We have two general limitations for unbooking events for Scoutsfeed depending on the event's coverage type:
...
It is not possible for the customer to unbook the match 12 hours before it starts if coverage_type = from TV
...
Besides that, the event may be automatically unbooked in two situations:
...
The coverage type of the event will be changed by the data department
