Introduction and banner formats

We understand how important for our clients is to advertise and attract their customers in various ways. That is why we took a lot of care when preparing the special slots around the product so that all the adverts are at the same time both visible, but yet not annoying to the user.

Every slot can be updated with adverts in one of 4 possible formats:

• script
• upload
• url
• text

We did not want to impose a single solution and now it's up to the client to decide what format, what advert and what slot they want it to be seen in. With this approach your ScoreCenter can have a different look whenever you want.

Available slots

There are 17 slots available and it is up to you if all or just some are used.

If there are two adverts placed in one slot and both are set to "active" when the page is refreshed, one of the adverts will be shown randomly.

Banner management

You will be given credentials once the product has been purchased. We will send you an email with access data and from a special panel you will have the opportunity to manage the banners on your own. You can add or delete banners, switch places etc. whenever such needs appear.

Adding a banner step by step

In just a few steps we will show you how simple is to add a banner.

1. Go to our backoffice panel: https://backoffice.statscore.com
2. Enter username and password
3. Click "ScoreCenter" from the top menu
4. Click "Your websites" in the left hand column menu
5. On the Websites list click the "Picture icon" in the Options column next to the domain you wish to place your advert
6. On the Advertisement's list there is a "Plus icon" that lets you add a new banner
7. Once you have clicked on this you get redirected to the Create banner section where you need to fill a few spaces in order to place your banner correctly (on the right you are always provided with the placement look of each type)
   1. Slot - pick a tab (subpage) you want a banner to be placed on
   2. Copy for slots gives you an opportunity to use the same advert on different tabs
   3. Name the advert so you will recognize it later on the list of adverts added
   4. Type one of 4 different formats
      1. Url and then Image url
      2. Script and then write the script in the box
      3. Upload and the select the image to be uploaded 
      4. Text and write the advert text
   5. The link for the banner redirection needs to start with http:// or https://
   6. In the display from/to section put the dates you want the advert to be active for (visible for users)
   7. If the product has more than one language, picks those you want the advert to be seen on
8. Recheck what you have done and click on the "Create" button to finish 
9. It is always good to open the product and see if everything went well and the banner is working

Do it once or twice and then it will be a peace of cake whenever you need to change or add banners.
