STATSCORE'S mapping declaration

We understand that ordering a package of events is not yet end of the story and those events need to appear on the client's website. In order to make that happen, we are doing our best to help our partners and map the great majority of the events on our side. However, please be informed that even though we are aiming the 100% mapping coverage, not every event can be mapped on our side and here we will explain in details how this procedure looks like. Note that the mapping method depends firstly on the bought package and secondly on the client's preferences.

Mapping time frames

After months of analysis, we found out the moments when it's best to map the client's event identifiers with ours to cover next to the full offer. In order to make the mapping process as effective as possible, we created a special Mapping unit where our employees do this important work 7 days a week, 365 a year. This is an ultimate unit that fills the gaps automated procedure couldn't handle.

STATSCORE as a company declares that all possible LivematchPro events will be mapped during two mapping sessions every day:

  • Morning session: 7-12 CET/CEST (extended if needed; the shift is not over if there are events left to map for a current day until evening session)
  • Evening session: 20-1 CET/CEST (extended if needed; the shift is not over if there are events left to map before morning session the next day)

On every session every client will have a guardian that will keep an eye and monitor client's offer to map new events once they appear within the mentioned time frames.

Mapping events on client's side

Every LivematchPro client gets access to our back office panel where he can check the list of all offered in the product events. In the same place, he can order/book games but also map them himself. It's an extremely helpful and very important feature.

Be informed that humans are working on our side and some games may be overlooked as very often the client and our offer differs. We do encourage in such situations to log in and map the event yourself as it would take a minute or two. Sending us an email and expecting us to map not only takes much more time but outside the mapping sessions, there will be no one to do it.

If an event is being added very close to the starting hour it will be close to impossible for our people to handle that. Please have that in mind.

Client's assistance

Sessions are over where client's offer is being browsed and mapped with our offer and there is nothing more to map for that moment.

There are two situations that may happen (should be rare) when it's clients responsibility to log into the panel and map the event himself:

  • if the client adds an event to his offer too late in the day (i.e. 13:00 CET/CEST for an event 16:00 CET/CEST)
  • if the client adds an event to his offer with less than 2 hours till the start (i.e. 9:45 CET/CEST for an event starting 10:15 CET/CEST)

We are doing our best here knowing how important this work is but with your help in only a small % of events the final number of them appearing on your website will be the most optimal.

Client's events feed

It's extremely important that feed client provides is a quality one matching all the requested requirements (provided during the integration process). Our automatic tools and then the people themselves from the mapping unit, use this feed for mapping purposes and if it lacks information, it's impossible to map an event and the blame can't be on us.

Be informed that we only map events provided in the feed and in case the feed sends multiple event IDs for one event only, then we are unable to figure out which one is correct and we will make a random selection.

Participants mapping

That is another way we can map events. We send to our client the XLS file with the list of all our participants. There the client can match his participant IDs to ours. It gives us the possibility to do automatic mapping for the events that contain mapped participants.

Using trackers without mapping

It is also possible to skip the mapping process and placing the trackers manually. In this case, all the client needs to do is to copy the script from our back office and place it wherever he wants on his website.

Contact

If you have any questions or issues connected to mapping please contact us directly on mapping@statscore.com
