Introduction and banner formats

We understand how important it is for our clients to advertise and attract their customers in various ways. That is why we took great care in preparing special places around the product so that all the adverts are at the same time, both visible but yet not annoying to the user.

Every slot can be updated with an advert in one of 4 possible formats:

• script
• upload
• URL
• text

We do not want to impose a solution and it's up to the client to decide what format and what advert they want to show in a slot. With this approach, your LeagueCenter can have a different look whenever you want.

Types, visibility and placement of slots

There are 4 different types of slots we use in the product:

• left or right column slot
• mobile/center slot
• horizontal slot
• bands on the tracker*

Below there is a picture with types, sizes, placement and availability on each tab, also visibility of each type of slot depends on the screen size of the users device.

Number of slots

The LeagueCenter product consists of 8 tabs (subpages) and on each, there are at least 2 slots available for advertising. In total there are 35 slots available.

The key factor is that you can put different adverts on different tabs even though the slot has the same type. Type A slot appears on all 8 tabs and on each of those there can be a different advert placed! It is all up to the client how he manages the banners.

If there are two adverts put into one slot and both are set to active, when the page is refreshed, one of the adverts will be shown randomly.  

Banner management

You will be given credentials once the product is purchased. We will send you an email with access data and from a special panel you will have the opportunity to manage the banners on your own. You can add or delete banners, switch places etc. whenever such needs appear.

Adding a banner step by step

In a few steps, we will show you how simple it is adding a banner.

1. Go to our backoffice panel: https://backoffice.statscore.com
2. Enter username and password
3. Click "Team/LeagueCenter" at the top of the menu
4. Click "Your websites" in the menu on the left
5. On Websites list click the "Picture icon" in the Options column next to the domain you wish to add the advert on
6. On Advertisements list there is a "Plus icon" that lets you add a new banner
7. Once you click on it you get redirected to the Create banner section where you need to fill a few spaces in order to place your banner correctly (on the right you are always provided with the placement look of each type)
   1. Slot - pick up a tab (subpage) you want a banner to be shown on
   2. Copy for slots below gives you an opportunity to use the same advert on different tabs
   3. Name the advert to recognize it later on the list of adverts added
   4. Type one of 4 different formats
      1. Url and then select the URL Image
      2. Script and then write the script in the box
      3. Upload and then select the proper upload path
      4. Text and write the advert text
   5. Link for banner redirection needs to start with http:// or https://
   6. In display from/to section put the dates you want the advert to be active (visible for users)
   7. If the product is provided with several languages picks those you want the advert to be seen in
8. Recheck again and click the "Create" button to finish 
9. It is always good to open the product and see if everything went well and the banner is working

Do it once or twice and then it will be a piece of cake from then on.
