  • Where I can find product documentation?

  • Is there any test period?

In order to receive test period please contact: sales@statscore.com.

  • What are the customize options?

The customer can choose the method of embedding - in the form of float or static widget.

You can choose widget colors so they match your page. Each color in the object is optional. If given color is not provided our default value will be used instead.

  • What about mobile version?

PIP is fully adapted to be used on mobile devices and don’t need any additional integration.

  • Are there any Registration button (apart from Sign in)?

No at this moment, but it will be added to enable integration for clients who do not have their own user registration system.

  • What data is transmitted by the bookmaker to STATSCORE?

STATSCORE needs only below data:

  • User ID (which will be recorded in our system under its unique ID.)

  • Display name

    • We do not support display name with e-mail!

  • Which competitions can be supported in PiP?

All competition with VIP statistic level are available in the product - including Premier League, La Liga, Ligue 1, Bundesliga, Serie A, UEFA Champions League.

If you are interested in another league in the product, please contact us to determine the conditions for its addition.

  • How are matches selected for PiP?

STATSCORE is responsible for selecting matches based on individual customer needs and competition availability.

  • How are questions selected for the match?

The system checks which questions from the question pool meet the conditions for a given match. Than randomly selects from them the number of questions specified by us.

  • Are the questions associated with specific betting markets?

Each question is associated with an assigned market - prematch or live.

  • Does the bookmaker have their settlement panel (the ability to make corrections after the event has concluded)?

In the first version of product, STATSCORE handle settlements ourselves. The customer can add or deduct points from individual users.

  • On what basis are the match statistics settled?

The settlement of data is based on STATSCORE statistics. The possibility of data verification is available until the current ranking is active.

  • What is the scoring for the questions?

All prematch questions have a default 20 points for a correct answer.

In live questions, the more probable the answer, the lower the point value is - from 10 to 50 points. All questions scoring are set by STATSCORE and can be change for each customer.

  • How long can we respond to each question?

Prematch questions are available 24 hours before the match, and we can respond to them until the start of the game. Responses to each live question must be provided within 30 or 60 seconds.

  • How fast are live questions settled?

We settle live questions 5 minutes after the end of the time period they pertain to.

  • How are points settled for questions where the correct answer has been changed?

We add additional correct answer that will be visible after rankings updates; we do not deduct points for the previously approved answer.

  • Do prematch questions cover all matches between teams?

Questions should pertain to specific competitions, for example, the Premier League.

  • How can one independently check the correct answers?

During each game users can watch their answer in Summary tab. After the game is finished all answers are available in the Past matches section.

The client has a preview with the match questions and answers in the administration panel.

  • Will there be additional sports and languages? What is the expected order of their introduction?

The planned implementation of new sports will take place in 2025. There is no specific order, but basketball, baseball, tennis and cricket are possible options.

We have internal system for translation in product so any language can be add for client wish.
