Introduction
Our main goal is to make the integration process on our side with the client not being involved too much.
The whole system is hosted on our servers and this means you don't need to worry about technical issues like server load, databases, scaling servers etc.
Product delivery
There are two options to offer you the product and both are extremely easy to handle.
OPTION 1
All we need from you is your subdomain redirected to our server. You can do this in two simple steps:
- Create your subdomain, for example: statistics.your-domain.com
- Redirect this subdomain to our server by creating a CNAME record with value: LB1-1644115694.eu-west-1.elb.amazonaws.com
Please note:
This system don't use Login / Sign-in forms and other features retrieving user data, that means we don't support SSL certificates for customer's subdomains.
OPTION 2
This is even simpler. Here we will create a subdomain for you. For example: your-name.statscore.com
That means you will not have to do anything. We will deliver the product on this subdomain and then you can, for example embed it on your website.
Iframe
TeamCenter is a product that we deliver as a full page on a domain. It looks and works best on full screen however and we take full responsibility if used like that.
However our product is fully responsive and adapts to any size of a screen and that . That means it can easily work as an an iframe. If you wish to have it as a compact unit on, for example the front page left column - it will fit and work there as well and you may use it as a part of your website.
Please note:
Some users set very restrictive browser privacy settings and potentially iframe may be blocked or page may not work for them as intended to. This is something we cant' control and we can't fix.
