  • What are the customize options?

At the moment we offer dark or light version of PiP. The customer can choose the method of embedding - in the form of float or bar

  • Are there any Registration button (apart from Sign in)?

Yes, it will be added to enable integration for clients who do not have their own user registration system

  • What data is transmitted by the bookmaker to STATSCORE?

STATSCORE needs only below data:

  • User ID (which will be recorded in our system under its unique ID.)

  • Display name

  • We do not support display name with e-mail!

  • Which competitions can be supported in PiP?

All competition with VIP statisctic level are available in product - including Premier League, La Liga, Ligue 1, Bundesliga, Serie A, UEFA Champions League and European Championships

  • How are matches selected for PiP?

The individuals responsible for selecting matches are representatives from the Scouts department

  • How are questions selected for the match?

The system checks which questions from the pool meet the conditions for a given match.

The system randomly selects from them the number of questions specified by us."

  • Does the bookmaker have their settlement panel (the ability to make corrections after the event has concluded)?

In the first version of product, we handle settlements ourselves

  • On what basis are the match statistics settled?

The settlement of data is done solely based on STATSCORE statistics.

The possibility of final data verification is available until one hour after the match ends.

  • How are the questions scored?

All prematch questions are scored for 20 points.

In live questions, the more probable the answer, the lower the point value - ranging from 10 to 40 points.

  • How long can we respond to the questions?

Prematch questions are available 24 hours before the match, and we can respond to them until the start of the game.

Responses to each live question must be provided within 60 seconds.

  • Do prematch questions cover all matches between teams?

They should pertain to specific competitions, for example, the Premier League.

  • How fast are live questions settled?

We settle live questions 5 minutes after the end of the time period they pertain to

  • How can one independently check the correct answers?

The user in the game will see their answers in the 'Past matches' tab, while the client will receive a file with the match record in the administrative panel.

  • How are points settled for questions where the correct answer has been changed?

After correcting the answer, we add points to the user; we do not deduct points for the previously approved answer.

  • Are the questions associated with specific betting markets?

Each question is associated with an assigned market - prematch or live.

  • Will there be additional sports and languages? What is the expected order of their introduction?
