Using the Scoutsfeed product is not possible without booking the match for which you want to receive data feed. You can do this in three different ways, and a more detailed description can be found in the following sections:

In the "Settings" you can enable/disable "Allow booking above the plan" option. By choosing this option you get secured the order of the events from the chosen leagues and competitions over the agreed plan, which will effect in additional charges based on your Agreement. When you disactivate this option, the order of the events will not be continued once the monthly limit is reached.

The Settings section also offers the option of agreeing to receive e-mail messages when:

  • a last minute venue game is added to the offer (up to 36 hours before the start of the game),

  • a game that you had already ordered has been withdrawn from the offer.

General unbooking conditions

We have two general limitations for unbooking events for the Scoutsfeed product depending on the event's coverage type:

  1. It is not possible for the customer to unbook the match 12 hours before it starts if coverage_type = from TV

  2. It is not possible for the customer to unbook the match 24 hours before it starts if coverage_type = from venue

Besides that, the event may be automatically unbooked in two situations:

  1. The coverage type of the event will be changed by the data department

  2. The start date of the event will be changed to another month
