  1. Initially, a message about adding a new key incident is sent (action: insert). The “confirmation” parameter’s value “tbd” will appear as the default for key incidents. This value will be changed soon depends on the pitch's situation. Incidents with this value will have an effect on statistics.

  2. After the situation on the pitch is clarified, another message will be sent with:
    - the same ID,
    - action: update,
    - new value of the “confirmation” parameter. Possible values:

    1. confirmed – will appear when the incident is confirmed by the referee. Incidents with this value will have effect on statistics.

    2. cancelled – will appear when the incident is not upheld by the referee. For example, when he decides it's not a goal, not a penalty, etc. Incidents with this value will have no effect on statistics.
